Booking and deposit

A booking becomes firm and final once we receive a deposit, the amount and terms of which are given to you when your stay is confirmed.

Cancellation

The applicable cancellation terms are specified when your booking is confirmed. In the event of duly justified force majeure, your stay may be postponed subject to availability.

Rates and payment

Prices are shown in euros, per night and per room, full board included. Tourist tax is payable on site. The balance of the stay and extras are paid on site by card or in cash, or by bank transfer.

Water sports

Water sports involve risks. Each participant agrees to follow the instructors' guidance. Heliophora cannot be held responsible for an accident occurring outside supervised lessons or if safety instructions are not followed.
